Lessons are where you learn them. What about a sixty year old toy store that has three times the normal market share of an independent toy store? Phil Wrzesinski is the third generation owner that guides The Toy House through a mine field of competition and shifting consumer demands. Listen as Phil tells Bill McCurry the things that The Toy House does to connect with repeat and loyal customers. The lessons of successfully servicing customers are similar regardless of the industry. As you listen (or read the illustrated transcript) you’ll find ideas to make your business more successful.
