Some may think online photo retailer Photojojo started strangely: it began as a newsletter (and it still is one) that grew into a store. In today’s DIMAcast, Photojojo founder Amit Gupta explains how that happened, why he chose an anti-“Long Tail” approach to retail, and what made the Photojojo newsletter – which features tips like how to turn a broken camera into a flower pot – become an industry phenomenon, with more than 275,000 subscribers.
